We went to see the Wizard!

Not long ago, in the evenings of July 11 and 12, the people of Immaculate Conception, young and old, journeyed to the wonderful Land of Oz.

The children and the youth of the parish joined the young adults group, Exsurge, in the thrilling and enjoyable experience of the musical The Wizard of Oz. Due to the hard work and dedication of all those who made it possible, this production was a great success. The actors and actresses proved their worth through beautiful songs and exuberant acting. Whether it was through ear piercing cackling or jolly munchkin voices, the audience was captivated and kept laughing and crying throughout the entire performance.

Weeks following this event, many excitedly inquired as to what the next performance would be. It seems that Exsurge has started what may become an annual theatrical event for the entertainment and edification of Post Falls, Idaho.
