Storming the gates of heaven

Faithful from Immaculate Conception Church took to the streets this past weekend to bear witness to their faith for the 25th annual Rosary March through the streets of nearby Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Attendance was strong with just over 700 persons present for the prayerful demonstration, the primary intentions of which were the victims of abortion, the Synod on the Family, and the Holy Pontiff. All three mysteries of the rosary were recited, with hymns and commentary interspersed. The Rosary March serves a double purpose: the fulfillment of the requests of Our Lady of Fatima for the good of the Church and the world, and also to bring Tradition to the public eye with the presence of large Catholic families and priests praying in a public setting.

Thanks to a generous attendance and stunning weather, this year’s Rosary March has undoubtedly been a success. Deo Gratias!
